Standard Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed, items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping during public holidays and store closures.
Shipping for large, bulky, and fragile items may take up to 14 days.

Standard Shipping & Delivery - Smaller Items
For smaller items purchased, we use Australia Post services.
Once your purchase has been finalised, you will receive notification via email confirming your order. A second notification will be sent confirming shipping and tracking information.
Express post shipping is available for items that fit into this category and can be posted using the Australia Post network.
Standard Shipping & Delivery - Larger / Bulky Items
For larger or bulky items purchased, we reserve the right to use what we deem to be the most efficient and safe option for the transportation of these goods.
In the event that a third party freight forwarder is used, we may not be able to supply tracking information immediately, and can be subject to delayed tracking information relating to the movement of these goods.
A re-delivery fee may apply if a you or a member of the household is not present at the time of the delivery and have not advised a safe place for the items to be left in your absence.
Should you require white glove delivery which involves furniture unwrap, placement, and rubbish removal, please contact us immediately following your purchase.
