Nomad 100% Wool Floor Rug
Our Nomad rugs are made in a family owned factory in Veria,
Greece, established in 1950.
The New Zealand wool is exported to Greece for production
using a weaving process that enables a 100% wool rug (wool
base + wool pile) with no synthetics.
Prior to weaving, the wool is thoroughly cleaned and then rinsed to remove 99.9% of any dirt & vegetation from the wool.
The wool is then air dried over drying racks prior to the weaving process.
Available in 2 densities. 1200gsm and 2000gsm.
'gsm' means 'grams per square metre'.
As an example, 2000gsm is 2 kgs of wool per square metre.

RETURNS & CREDIT NOTES
- We accept return of merchandise that is unused, unwashed, or undamaged, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturer's tags are still attached. A credit note for the value of the item will be issued*
Customers are to return the item in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.
*Credit Notes
A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue. As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact us on 02 4787 6114 to make purchases using your credit.
FOR DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

Should your online order arrive damaged or defective, please email a full defect description with photos to info@labellacasa.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be returned to us in the condition it was received, either by mail, courier, or physically at our Leura Showroom

Should we not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
Please note, that refunds are not provided for change of mind.
